- Personal consultation: We take the time to understand your hair type, hair problems, and wishes. This is the only way we can choose the perfect care for your hair.
- Preparation & gentle cleansing: Your hair is gently cleansed with mild Aveda shampoo and optimally prepared for intensive care.
- Intensive treatment application: The highly concentrated hair treatment is generously applied to the lengths and ends. For longer hair or particularly dry areas, the cream can be left on for up to 20 minutes.
- Rinsing & finishing: After thorough rinsing, your hair is conditioned and styled with Aveda conditioner. The result: visibly shiny, smooth hair.
Intensive hair care in combination with other treatments
After coloring or balayage: Intensive hair care after coloring not only prolongs the durability of your color, but also regenerates the hair after the treatment.
Combined with washing & blow-drying: For a complete pampering experience, intensive care can be wonderfully combined with our washing & blow-drying service. Your hair will be professionally dried and styled.
Regular routine: Monthly intensive hair care is ideal as maintenance, especially if your hair is regularly treated (coloring, styling, heat).

For optimal results, we recommend using intensive hair care products once a month, especially if your hair is regularly colored, bleached, or heat-styled. For very dry or damaged hair, a 2–3-week routine may be beneficial. For normal hair, a quarterly treatment is sufficient. Our expert will be happy to advise you individually.
Is intensive hair care suitable for all hair types?
